We have slow braised them in red wine, herbs and veggies for 5 hours, then reduced the sauce down to a rich demi-glace. Perfect for a decadent dinner at home. 2 x 250g packs


Butchers Tip

  • Simmer the cheeks in the vacuum pouch that they come in for around 20 minutes (can be cooked from frozen)
  • Put the creamy mashed potatoes in vacuum pouch in boiling water for 5 minutes
